*Note: We DO NOT collect, store, or profile your personal identification information, and we DO NOT use your text inputs to train any AI or machine learning models.*

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to others. To fulfill your translation requests, the text inputs are encrypted and processed through industry-standard, compliant third-party Machine Translation APIs. These service providers act strictly as data processors, do not retain your text data after processing, and must abide by strict data privacy and security requirements in full compliance with Apple’s Privacy rules.

In order to protect your data held with us and the secure third-party services we work with, we use industry-standard physical, procedural, and electronic security measures, including encryption (HTTPS/SSL) during data transmission. We take reasonable measures to help protect your data from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

5. How Long Do We Retain Your Data

We do not retain your translation text data; it is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after the translation result is returned to you. Non-personally identifiable technical logs are retained only as long as needed for the purpose they were originally collected for, as long as we are legally obligated, or until we receive a request for erasure.

6. Applicable Provisions for EU/EEA Residents

When you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under GDPR:

1) To request access to, correction of, or erasure of any technical data associated with your device;

2) To restrict or object to the processing of your data;
